“An iconic brand from the 90’s re-launched their products and wanted to use social media to get the word out. Octane was engaged by the brand’s PR firm to create a Facebook advertising program with the goal of increasing the Facebook Fan Base (Like). The first campaign increased the fan base from 965 to over 80,000. They second campaign increased the fan base to over 60,000.  The PR agency engaged Octane to create 4 separate contest and sweepstake ad campaign on Facebook.”

“A free Wi-Fi provider created a pilot program in Atlanta to determine the feasibility of launching a free Wi-Fi network for the Atlanta metro area. Octane was engaged to create the social media presence for the network. During the pilot period accounts were created and Fans, friends, and followers generated for Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, FourSquare, YourTube and FlickR. These social media activities helped to provide proof that Wi-Fi marketing is a very viable media that consumers welcome free Wi-Fi and information about retailers and social activities in the city.

The free Wi-Fi company is now deploying over 40 free Wi-Fi hotspots that will serve the mobile consumer in areas such as Buckhead, Piedmont Park, Virginia Highland, Midtown, downtown, and other important areas of the city. In phase two the goal is to cover the metro area. Octane continues to guide the firm’s social media activities as well as providing other marketing services.”

"A craft organization product company engaged Octane, through their PR Agency, to increase their fans on their Facebook fan page. Using Facebook advertising Octane was able to increase the fan base from  a few hundred to over 20,000.”

“A large diesel engine dealer create a new used engine division and was looking for a viable and reasonably priced lead generation tool. Octane suggested that Google Ads would be the fasted and least expensive method for generating leads and created four micro web sites as landing pages. The landing pages include a listing of available engines and a strong call to action. The results have been spectacular, generating numerous leads that resulted in sales ranging from $15,000 to $300,000. Sales doubled for this group in 2010.”

“Tradeshows and important part of many businesses and a large events, exhibits and environments design and production company asked Octane to develop a strategy for increasing targeted visits to their web site. We created a Google advertising program for each of their 3 large services offerings. Visits increased and the program was managed for the best effect at the lowest cost.
